Ingredients
  

Maple Cinnamon Cream
  • ¼ cup of your favourite milk
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • tsp ground cinnamon
  • A small pinch sea salt
  • ice cubes
Cold Brew
  • ¾ cup (180 ml) cold brew coffee
  • 1 small pinch ground cinnamon, for serving
  • A small of sea salt, for serving

Method
 

  1. Mix 1 cup of coarsely ground coffee with 4 cups of cold water in a large jar or jug. Stir, cover, and let it steep in the fridge for 12 to 24 hours. Then strain through a sieve.
  2. In a small glass or bowl, stir together the maple syrup, cinnamon and salt. This is what gives the drink its signature flavour.
  3. Fill a glass with ice, pour in the cold brew and your milk of choice, then stir in the maple-cinnamon mixture. Give it a good mix until everything is combined.
  4. If you want to take things up a notch, add a cinnamon stick or dust a little maple sugar on top and enjoy!
