Mix 1 cup of coarsely ground coffee with 4 cups of cold water in a large jar or jug. Stir, cover, and let it steep in the fridge for 12 to 24 hours. Then strain through a sieve.
In a small glass or bowl, stir together the maple syrup, cinnamon and salt. This is what gives the drink its signature flavour.
Fill a glass with ice, pour in the cold brew and your milk of choice, then stir in the maple-cinnamon mixture. Give it a good mix until everything is combined.
If you want to take things up a notch, add a cinnamon stick or dust a little maple sugar on top and enjoy!
